Managing your volleyball club: club managers, logo and sponsors
A club rarely runs on one person — and from now on, neither does the club account in Koach. You can now appoint club managers, put your club logo in the app and even have a sponsor pay for the club's Koach subscription. Three additions that make managing your volleyball club noticeably lighter.
Club managers: share the club work
The club dashboard has a new section called Club managers. There you add extra managers by email address — the treasurer, say, or a board member — provided they already have a Koach account. A club manager can send club announcements, view the club dashboard and plan and generate bar duties — without a club subscription of their own. Removing works in the same place. Not everything has to run through one inbox anymore, which quickly makes a difference at a club with multiple teams.
Your club logo in the app
Set your club logo via Edit profile. The logo then shows in the club dashboard and in the app header — a small detail that instantly makes the app feel like your club rather than a generic screen.
Let a sponsor pay for the subscription
Also new is the sponsored club subscription: a sponsor can pick up the club's Koach subscription. The club then sees “Koach is brought to you by: [sponsor name]” in its profile. Interested, or know a sponsor who might be? Email info@koachvolleybal.nl. And if you're still weighing up what a club subscription costs, what Koach costs lays it out.
More overview in the club dashboard
The club dashboard already showed each team's players, linked accounts and attendance. It now adds an overview of all upcoming bar duties and how they're staffed — so you can see at a glance which duty still has open slots before match day arrives. Managing your volleyball club becomes less chasing things up and more simply taking a look.
Tip: appoint at least one extra club manager. If your regular manager is ever out (holiday, busy spell, change of role), the club can carry on with announcements and bar duties.

No. You add a club manager using the email address of their existing Koach account; they can then send club announcements, view the club dashboard and plan bar duties without taking out a club subscription themselves.
How do I set the club logo?
Via Edit profile on the club account. The logo then appears in the club dashboard and in the app header.
What is a sponsored club subscription?
A sponsor pays for the club's Koach subscription. The club then sees “Koach is brought to you by: [sponsor name]” in its profile. Interested? Email info@koachvolleybal.nl.
What does the club see in the club dashboard?
Each team's players, linked accounts and attendance, plus all upcoming bar duties and how they're staffed.
