1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of Koach, the app and website for volleyball coaches and their teams. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. An account is personal. As a coach you are also responsible for entering player data in line with our privacy policy, including parental consent for underage players.

3. Trial and subscriptions

New coach accounts start with a free 14-day trial, no payment details required. After that you choose a plan: Coach (1 team) or Club (5 teams, multiple coaches per team). Extra teams can be added individually. Current prices are on the pricing page.

4. Payment and cancellation

Payment is monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law.

5. Fair use

Use Koach for what it is intended for: managing your own team(s). Misusing the service, circumventing security measures, or entering or processing other people’s data without permission is not allowed.

6. Your data

Your team data remains yours. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described there.

7. Intellectual property

Koach, including the name, logo, design and software, is the property of Koach. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for as long as your subscription or trial runs.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep Koach available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary unavailability; where possible we announce this in advance.

9. Liability

Koach is a tool for team management. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid to Koach in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when new features launch. For significant changes we will notify you through the app or by email. If you continue using Koach after a change, the new version applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law requires otherwise.
