The most honest way to choose a coaching app: start for free, really use it for two weeks and only then decide. That is exactly how Koach's pricing model is set up — here's how it works.
Start for free — try everything for 14 days
During the free trial you set up a complete team: players, calendar, attendance and the statistics. You try everything free for 14 days, without payment details up front — only after that do you pick a subscription. Two weeks with real practices and a real match is plenty to know whether it fits; for getting started it certainly is.
Which subscription fits you?
After the trial you pick the subscription that fits your situation: Coach (€2.99 per month, 1 team and up to 2 coaches) or Club (€9.99 per month, unlimited teams and coaches plus club features). The rule of thumb is simple: coaching one team, Coach is enough; want several teams or the whole club on board, go for Club. The current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
The third route: earning a Coach Month
Once your trial has run out, the paywall shows a third option next to Coach and Club: a Coach Month. Share your own invite link with a fellow coach; if they create a new coach account and confirm their email address, your trial is extended by 30 days. It stacks — three coaches is three months. Be clear about what it is and what it isn't: it extends your trial, it is not a discount on a running subscription, and it won't reopen the app for anyone who has paid at some point. Players or parents you invite don't count, and your colleague really does have to create a new account — a coach who has been in Koach for months earns you nothing. What it costs in perspective
Put it next to the rest of a volleyball season: a bag of team balls, gym rental, one team outing. A season of coaching admin that keeps itself up to date — including the match report that's ready before you reach the locker room — costs less than most teams spend on tape. The real investment isn't the money but the habit; that one is free and worth the most.
Let the club chip in. Many clubs reimburse coaching tools from the education budget — especially when several teams use the same app. One email to the technical committee costs nothing and often lands you a sponsored subscription.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No — the free 14-day trial asks for no payment details. You only pay the moment you choose a subscription afterwards.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
Your account and data are kept; as soon as you have a subscription (again), you pick up right where you left off. Stopping is not data loss.
Is there a discount for clubs with multiple teams?
