Working with multiple coaches on one team

A team with two coaches and separate administrations effectively has two half administrations. The Tuesday coach doesn't know what Thursday did, and nobody has the full picture. One team account solves it — here's how you work together.

One team, multiple coaches

In Koach you add fellow coaches to the same team (via an invite, with the coach role). Playing yourself as well? Then you also add yourself to the roster as a playing coach. From that moment you share everything: the roster, the calendar, attendance, the notes and the drill library. What gets recorded on Tuesday, the Thursday coach sees — and vice versa.

The division of labour that works

• Recording follows the evening: whoever runs the practice ticks off attendance and scores the effort. No double administration, no gaps.
• Notes with a name attached: observations are visible to the whole staff — write them the way you'd say them in a staff meeting.
• Drills with an owner: the library shows the creator per drill and filters per coach — see sharing drills.
• Matches by agreement: agree who does the live scoring (or delegates it) — one scorekeeper per match prevents duplicate work.

The monthly fifteen minutes

Shared data makes the staff meeting shorter and better: pull up the dashboard, walk through the most striking trends (attendance, form, effort) and align the focus for the coming weeks. Fifteen minutes a month, and both practice nights pull in the same direction — the difference with 'catching up in the canteen' is surprisingly big.
