TeamSnap is a team management app for youth and adult sports, with a web version and apps for iPhone and Android. The TeamSnap app has almost 60,000 ratings in the US App Store and is available in English, French and Spanish. On its volleyball page TeamSnap highlights schedules that sync with Google or iCal, team chat and last-minute alerts, volunteer assignments and signups, and volleyball drills and practice plans. Its pricing page adds free built-in live streaming, and clubs and leagues get a separate product, TeamSnap ONE.

- Payments. Collecting fees is built in, even on the Free plan. Koach does not process payments; on the Club plan you can only track who has paid a contribution, with an optional payment link.

Who TeamSnap is the better choice for
Choose TeamSnap if your biggest job is organising people: a club or school team with lots of parents, fees to collect, volunteers to schedule, or several sports under one roof. If your coaching already runs on paper or in another tool and you want logistics sorted, TeamSnap does that very well.
Who Koach is the better choice for
